Dr. Jim Page holds a JD from the University of Denver, and an MD from the University of Colorado and an MPH from University of California at Berkeley. He received his clinical training at Stanford University and the University of California at San Francisco.
Dr. Karen Page holds a JD from the University of Denver and doctorate and masters degrees from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
